Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our growing team and support our grocery client. Starting with online training, you will merchandise, reset, and stock sections according to planograms, uploading photos and surveys via mobile apps while building solid store relationships.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with transportation, able to travel across stores, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with planograms is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to multiple stores within a territory.
• Access to a smart device and the internet.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, reset, and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• Upload store visit photos and surveys through a mobile application.
• Build professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
