Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our growing team. You will support our reputable grocery client with initial online training and ongoing materials, and you’ll work both independently and as part of a great team to drive store success.

Responsibilities include merchandising, resetting, stocking sections per planogram, uploading photos and surveys from a mobile app, and building strong relationships with store management.

Qualifications

• Availability to work Monday–Friday starting at 5 AM.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple stores within a territory.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Access to a smart device and the internet.
• Experience with planograms preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, reset, and stock sections of the store per a planogram.
• Upload store visit photos and surveys through a mobile application.
• Build professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
