Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in a Business/Industrial field OR 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; participating in hiring.
• Ability to manage maintenance operations including facility equipment, safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing to align stakeholders.
• Implement the business plan by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor and analyze business reports to manage productivity.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, or supplier concerns.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Manage maintenance department operations, equipment systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budget and asset utilization by tracking expenses and capital expenditures.
