Qualifications

• Requires Associate\'s Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field OR 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising, evaluating and developing maintenance staff and leaders.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.
