Walmart is seeking a senior logistics leader in Auburn, IN to drive and implement the business plan for the area, forecast staffing and workload, and monitor expenses and capital expenditures. The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification (e.g., Maintenance, Controls, Electrical) and 1 year of experience in an operations, distribution, logistics, or retail environment with responsibilities including: supervising and developing managers/supervisors, managing workload across multiple departments, participating in hiring and promotions. OR at least 3 years of experience in a maintenance or related technical environment with the same leadership and staffing responsibilities listed above.

Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
