Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our store operations. You will engage customers, lead daily tasks, and coach peers to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to Meijer standards.

You will participate in scheduling, training, and maintaining product freshness while supporting a positive and inclusive store culture. This is a frontline, leadership-capable role within a Meijer store.

Qualifications
