Piggly Wiggly in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an experienced Front-End Manager to lead our grocery team. You will supervise front-end operations, coach staff, and collaborate with upper management to achieve store goals.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to train and motivate staff while maintaining safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, in-person role with open availability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly fluency in English.
• Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Arrives at the workstation on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required training courses and meetings.
• You will assist upper management in incorporating strategy and ensuring the store meets its goals.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Set employee goals and objectives; delegate work duties to staff to attain objectives.
