Job summary

El Super #69 is hiring a Checker in Fresno to join the Store Operations Team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, processing sales quickly and accurately, handling cash register operations, and protecting company assets. The position requires physical stamina, including lifting up to 60 pounds, and working in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Starting rate is $16.50 per hour. No formal degree is required, but basic PC/Outlook skills and a Retail Management Certificate are

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information clearly to customers and team members.
• Follow written or oral instructions with reasonable care.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
