Job summary

El Super in Fresno is hiring Grocery Clerk – #33 Fresno. You will assist customers, stock displays, clean cases and shelves, and support self-serve areas while working a fast-paced environment.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, flexibility for nights and weekends, and a commitment to friendly, helpful service. Starting wage is $16.90 per hour, with opportunities for growth and benefits typical for our store team.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels and tags.
• Write simple correspondence and communicate with customers clearly.
• Present information effectively to customers and team members.
• Apply common sense to follow written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25–60 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous service to customers.
• Assist customers, clean display cases and shelves.
• Clean, fill and rotate self-serve displays.
• Work a variety of hours including nights and weekends; lift heavy items as required.
