Job summary

Deliveroo is looking for a Field Sales Executive for the Commuter Dublin region in a hybrid role. You will acquire new grocery retail partners, negotiate deals, and oversee onboarding to accelerate growth in the local market.

You’ll travel across Kildare, Portlaoise, Drogheda and nearby areas, building relationships with independents and driving value through Deliveroo’s technology. This role demands strong field sales instincts, resilience, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of acquiring new business and meeting targets.
• Strong commercial acumen to structure profitable deals.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills across multiple channels.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel extensively.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional grocery retail acquisition by mapping, prospecting, pitching, and closing partners in the Commuter Dublin region.
• Engage with independent grocers via visits, emails, calls and social platforms to demonstrate value of Deliveroo’s technology.
• Own the end-to-end partner onboarding journey to ensure fast, efficient setup for new partners.
• Support and monitor new partner performance in the first eight weeks to maximise longer-term growth.
• Travel across Kildare, Portlaoise, Drogheda and surrounding areas to identify key brands and opportunities.
