Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a diligent Team Member to support grocery operations, including stocking, merchandising, and customer service.

You will help maintain fresh displays, rotate stock, and ensure sign accuracy while working with a friendly team. This role requires physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays by front-facing and stocking shelves.
• Stocks and cleans grocery shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and shift supervisor.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps areas clean and presentable.
• Completes spoilage, sampling and temperature worksheets as required.
• Arrives on time and attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
