Whole Foods Market is seeking a front-line Team Member to stock shelves, prepare products, and maintain an appealing grocery floor while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting store programs.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves stocked and front-facing.
• Stocks shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases and maintains clean displays.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program, keeping areas full and clean.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time, well-groomed, and ready to work; participates in required trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
