Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Member to support the Grocery team by receiving and preparing product, stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and delivering courteous, friendly service to customers.

The role follows store SOPs, participates in opening/closing duties, and supports health and safety regulations; no prior retail experience required; willing to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to interact with customers and Team Members.
• Ability to stock shelves, face products, and maintain neat displays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to follow procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fresh and appealing displays by stocking shelves and front-facing products.
• Stock and clean grocery shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases.
• Participate in inventory checks and weight/measure compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers proactively.
• Follow health, sanitation and safety standards and store SOPs.
