Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Member to support grocery operations by stocking, stocking displays, and interacting with customers to maintain WFM standards. You will handle receiving deliveries, maintain floor cleanliness, and participate in ongoing trainings. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

The role emphasizes courteous service, proactive selling, and adherence to safety and quality guidelines while supporting store programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to sell proactively and meet customer service standards.
• Basic knowledge of all products in the department.
• Ability to visually inspect products for quality and freshness.
• Ability to read labels and understand product details.
• Ability to perform simple math for transactions and displays.
• Strong to excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays; front-facing, rotate, and stock.
• Stock shelves, bulk bins, dairy and frozen products; maintain cleanliness.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and leads.
• Maintain back stock and assist with sampling program.
• Open, mid, and closing duties with accurate pricing and signage.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to phones politely.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures; report hazards.
