MUM LLC in Madison, WI is seeking an experienced Grocery / E-Commerce Manager to lead the grocery department and oversee online fulfillment, curbside pickup, and delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Previous grocery retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with online grocery fulfillment, curbside pickup or delivery operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and make business-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Grocery Department and E-Commerce fulfillment team.
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop department team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards in-store and online.
• Oversee online order fulfillment, curbside pickup, and delivery processes.
• Monitor order completion times and implement improvements.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and coordinate product ordering.
• Analyze sales trends and department performance to maximize profitability.
• Ensure promotions and pricing are correctly implemented online and in-store.
• Collaborate with store leadership to support store-wide goals.
