Job summary

Metro Market in Mukwonago, WI is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to lead day-to-day store e-Commerce activities, drive sales, manage staffing, and develop associates while upholding the Kroger family values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

You will ensure customer satisfaction, optimize order fulfillment, train associates for order selector and customer attendant roles, monitor expenses, and partner with store leadership to execute e-Commerce

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills are required.
• Leadership skills are essential to manage staff and achieve goals.
• Basic computer literacy is necessary for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store e-Commerce department meets customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Meet the demands of product flow and create schedules according to guidelines.
• Develop associates to meet productivity standards and certify associates once goals are met.
• Confirm associates follow laws and safety procedures.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead the planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Achieve weekly, period, and annual sales and other targeted goals including customer satisfaction.
