You will supervise partners, hire/train staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and uphold excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in retail management, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2+ years of related experience.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• Fuel Operator C training required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan and direct work.
• Review data to predict sales and manage inventory and shrink.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Ensure proper merchandising, stock levels, and displays.
• Open/close the store and manage staffing for coverage.
