Responsibilities

• Train department associates on inventory/stocking and CAO.
• Plan, organize and supervise the inventory process.
• Schedule price changes and update shelf tags and signs.
• Assist budget, P&L reviews and financial reporting for the department.
• Monitor and control department expenses.
• Collaborate with store management on promotions and ads.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; complete performance reviews.
