Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Any management experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety regulations; ensure proper temperatures and maintain temperature logs.
• Report safety risks or incidents; notify management of accidents.
• Train associates on inventory/stocking and CAO.
• Plan, organize and supervise the inventory process.
• Schedule price changes by updating shelf tags and promotional signs.
• Maintain awareness of inventory conditions; note discrepancies.
• Assist with budget, P&L reviews; take action on financial reports.
• Monitor and control department expenses.
• Stay current with ads and promotions.
• Create and execute sales promotions with store management.
• Understand store layout; locate products.
• Gain knowledge of products and respond to questions.
• Adhere to laws and company guidelines.
• Train and develop associates; participate in reviews.
• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume.
• Collaborate with associates to achieve goals.
• Communicate information to associates.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; provide feedback.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
