Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the Grocery Department, including hiring, training and developing department associates
• Supervise the performance of all duties and responsibilities of department associates and provide ongoing performance management and appraisals
• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to achieve productivity targets
• Provide leadership and motivation aligned with Guiding Principles, Core Values, Vision and Strategy
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results
• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer service and a positive shopping experience
