• Ensure fast, friendly customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain department appearance, quality, variety, safety and sanitation.
• Monitor scheduling to provide extraordinary customer service.
• Understand scheduling, labor, ordering, and reports using Food Lion tools.
• Adhere to policies, safety standards and compliance regulations.
