Job summary

You will schedule staff, ensure safety, and drive customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of department production stations, including quality standards, setup, operation, maintenance of all equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents (e.g., safety rules, operating / maintenance instructions, production planners, procedure manuals).
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations and training; back up to Department Manager; schedule work and train Partners.
• Provide superior customer service; take orders and assist selections; build department sales.
