You will hire, train, coach, and schedule associates, ensure in-stock conditions, accurate pricing, and high merchandising standards while maintaining compliance with safety policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery merchandising and planogram execution.
• Strong inventory management and shrink-control skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop front-line teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Grocery Department focusing on service, sales, and readiness.
• Deliver friendly, prompt customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure shelves and displays are clean, stocked, and merchandised to standards.
• Execute planograms, promotional sets, and weekly ad merchandising.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, rotation, and backroom organization.
• Monitor shrink and implement loss-prevention procedures.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop associates while fostering a positive team environment.
