You will manage daily operations, optimize inventory, and coach associates while maintaining compliance with safety policies. Flexible scheduling and a fast-paced environment are part of this role.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Grocery Department operations focusing on service, sales, and readiness.

• Keep shelves clean, full, and merchandised to standards.
• Execute planograms, promo sets, and seasonal transitions.
• Manage ordering, inventory, rotation, and backroom organization.
• Monitor shrink and implement loss-reduction procedures.
