Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Grocery Department focusing on service, sales, and readiness.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain shelves, displays, and aisles to company standards, fully stocked and merchandised.
• Execute planograms, promotional sets, seasonal transitions, and weekly ad merchandising.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and backroom organization.
• Monitor shrink and implement loss-prevention procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, safety, and standards.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop grocery associates while fostering a positive team environment.
