Responsibilities

• Manage the Grocery Department, including hiring, training and developing department associates.
• Supervise performance and conduct formal appraisals for direct reports.
• Daily management of labor and scheduling to meet productivity goals.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Guiding Principles and Core Values.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-presented department with exceptional customer service.
