Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in produce management or related retail management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial reports and sales data.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire team members.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead department with strategic planning for labor, operating expenses and capital spending.
• Train, and supervise department staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to policies.
• Schedule tasks to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback; hold monthly 1:1 meetings.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee replenishment using reports and data.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and merchandising standards.
