Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a supervisory/management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper temperatures.
• Report safety risks or incidents and notify management.
• Train department associates on inventory/stocking and CAO.
• Plan, organize and supervise the inventory process.
• Schedule price changes and update shelf tags.
• Assist in budgeting, P&L reviews and cost control.
• Promote teamwork and communicate information to staff.
• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume and peak times.
• Coach and evaluate direct reports and provide feedback.
