Responsibilities

• Assist the daily operation of the Grocery Department and support the Grocery Manager.
• Plan, organize, and direct department activities to meet goals.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, rotated, and properly displayed.
• Monitor product availability and assist replenishment to prevent stockouts.
• Maintain accurate pricing, signs, and promotional displays.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, backroom organization, and inventory control.
• Provide coaching and training to department associates on procedures and safety.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Deliver friendly, responsive customer service and resolve issues as needed.
