Responsibilities

• Assist Grocery Manager in directing daily store operations, including ordering, pricing, stocking and merchandising.
• Supervise and train employees; implement company policies and procedures.
• Manage day-to-day front-end operations, vendor relations, and seasonal merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and loss prevention standards.
• Open/close the store and oversee cash handling and end-of-day reporting.
• Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with store leadership to meet service goals and business targets.
