Albertsons Companies is seeking a Grocery Third Manager to lead the Grocery Department daily operations, drive sales and ensure in-stock conditions, accurate pricing, and strong merchandising standards. You will coach and develop associates, manage ordering, inventory, and backroom organization in a fast-paced environment.

Your leadership will ensure high quality customer service, adherence to food safety standards, and a well-organized, fully stocked store floor that supports our guests'

Competenze

• Experience in grocery leadership or retail management preferred.
• Strong customer-service and team-building skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop associates.
• Ability to analyze sales, labor, and inventory data.

• Oversee daily operations of the Grocery Department with focus on customer service, sales, and readiness
• Deliver friendly, prompt customer service and resolve concerns professionally
• Ensure shelves, displays, and aisles are clean, full, front-faced, and merchandised to company standards
• Execute planograms, promotional sets, seasonal transitions, and weekly ad merchandising
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and backroom organization
• Monitor shrink and implement procedures to reduce waste and loss
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, safety, and operational standards
