Qualifications

• Must be accredited by a national food safety body or achieve accreditation within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Grocery Department, including hiring, training and developing department associates.
• Supervise performance and conduct formal appraisals for direct reports.
• Daily labor management and coaching to achieve productivity goals.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment.
