Job summary

The Kroger Co. is hiring a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger at our Fullerton, CA location. You will bag groceries, help customers load bags into their cars, and maintain clean shelves throughout the store.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Customer service oriented with ability to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger bags groceries at check out.
• Assist in removing merchandise from bottom baskets for checkout.
• Help customers load bags into their car and stand at checkout lines.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
• Return merchandise to shelves and gather/balance bascarts.
• Clean spills and trash in store and parking lot; maintain store cleanliness.
• Understand store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks.
• Adhere to safety, food safety, and maintenance procedures.
• Provide friendly service and answer questions about products.
