The Kroger Co. is hiring for a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger at our Dana Point location. You will bag groceries at checkout, help customers load bags, and keep shelves and aisles clean and organized. The role requires attentiveness to safety, helpful service, and basic price checks with cashiers.

Formación

• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers.
• Strive to bag at least five items and prevent damage.
• Follow best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, or paper bags.
• Assist in removing merchandise from bottom of bascart for checkout.
• Offer to help customers load bags into their car.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
• Return merchandise to shelves and gather bascarts.
• Clean spills and pick up trash inside store and parking lot.
• Ensure store areas are clean and accessible.
• Handle and set up seasonal merchandise and check prices for cashiers.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Inspect equipment and request repairs when needed.
• Create a welcoming environment and answer product questions throughout the store.
• Follow all laws and company guidelines and manage conflicts calmly.
