Job summary

Mars Lebanon, TN is seeking a Grinding Utility Operator to move raw ingredients, load/unload trailers and prep materials for mixing across the site. You will rotate through several positions to ensure smooth production flow.

Shifts are 12 hours; day shift 6:00 am–6:30 pm and night shift 6:00 pm–6:30 am with a $3.00/hour night differential. Requires forklift experience, teamwork and data-entry skills; manufacturing background is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Teamwork and coachable attitude essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 1+ year manufacturing/technical experience.
• Experience with SAP, ATMS and Week Plan is a plus.
• Ability to act with disciplined initiative.
• Comfort with data entry in computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials are available for production on time.
• Communicate shortages to stakeholders.
• Maintain close coordination with Operations to prevent delays.
• Raise safety, quality, or efficiency escalations as needed.
