Job summary

A.R. Mazzotta in Winsted, CT is seeking a Grind Machine Operator for the 3rd shift to join our manufacturing team. The role trains on first shift and develops hands-on grinding skills with equipment.

No prior machine operation is required, but mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are valued. You will follow instructions, monitor quality, and contribute to a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience is helpful, but not required.
• Technical school or vocational training is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning how equipment works.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and established processes.

Build your manufacturing skills with a company that offers room to grow. We are looking for a Grind Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in the Winsted area. 3rd shift opening with required training on 1st shift. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, learning how things work, and developing new technical skills. Previous machine operating experience is helpful, but not required. Candidates with manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, or technical/vocational school training are encouraged to apply.
