Description

We are looking for motivated Grind Operators to join our 2nd Shift Team. Candidates will be responsibel for operating centerless and in-feed grinding equipment to produce quality parts according to customer and company specifications.

Training Available:

Previous grinding experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates. Candidates with manufacturing, machining, or other machine-operating experiences are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Operate centerless and in-feed grinding machines.
• Load, unload, and inspect parts during production.
• Set up and understand blueprints, work instructions, and inspection requirements.
• Read and understand blueprints, work instructions, and inspection requirements.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain production and quality requirements.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate machine, quality, and production issues to supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous centerless or in-feed grinding experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or machining experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable and willing to learn.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus.
