Job summary

Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches is seeking a Grill Sandwich Maker to prepare and grill gourmet sandwiches to order with attention to quality and presentation. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, collaborating with a passionate team to ensure excellent service and timely order delivery.

**Position Overview:**

As a Grill Sandwich Maker at Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches, you will be responsible for preparing and grilling a variety of gourmet sandwiches to order, ensuring both quality and presentation meet our high standards. This role requires a love for food, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and grill sandwiches according to Baggin's unique recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including grill and prep stations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and ensure timely order delivery.
• Assist with inventory control, including monitoring stock levels and communicating needs to management.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Support other kitchen staff as needed, including prep work and cleaning duties.

**Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation setting preferred, but not required.
• Passion for food and a keen interest in sandwich-making techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
