Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches in Tucson is hiring a dedicated Sandwich Maker to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare and assemble high-quality sandwiches, follow safety standards, and help keep our prep area clean while delivering quick, flavorful meals to customers.

No formal experience required; we value reliability, memorization, teamwork, and a passion for gourmet food. This part-time role offers weekend shifts, tips, and opportunities to grow with our growing brand.

Qualifications

• Prior food preparation experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Must have good memorization and retention skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices.
• A passion for gourmet food and creativity in sandwich-making is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble gourmet sandwiches quickly and according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble gourmet sandwiches according to Baggin's specifications and customer preferences within one minute.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used before expiration.
• Understand and know what is being promoted within the company.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and alerting management of low inventory.
• Maintain a positive attitude under the pressure of mounting orders. Move quickly under time constraints.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Be aware of the development of new sandwich recipes and specials.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to provide a safe and positive work environment.
