Job summary

Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches is seeking a Grill Sandwich Maker to prepare and grill gourmet sandwiches to order with attention to quality and presentation. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, collaborating with a passionate team to ensure excellent service and timely order delivery.

Experience is preferred but not required; a love of food and strong teamwork are key. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends, with competitive pay and tips in a friendly, welcoming environment at our Tucson

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food prep experience is preferred but not required.
• Passion for food and sandwich-making techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic food safety is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and grill sandwiches according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for use.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen, including grill and prep areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with team to provide excellent service and timely orders.
• Assist with inventory and communicate needs to management.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Support other kitchen tasks as needed.
