Snarf's Sandwiches in Colorado is seeking a friendly Sandwich Maker to join our fast-casual kitchen. You will prepare and assemble sandwiches and salads, greet customers, take orders, handle cash and process payments, while keeping the workspace clean and organized.

The role offers part-time or full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays, with opportunities for growth. Prior food-service or grocery experience is helpful, and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in culinary or food service preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math for measuring ingredients and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches and salads according to Snarf's recipes.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
• Take accurate orders, handle cash transactions, and process payments.
• Navigate the Snarf’s app to assist with points or purchase questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
• Answer phone calls, take to-go orders, and promote menu items and specials.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and proper handling of ingredients.
