Qualifications

• Experience as grill cook or line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work in a high-heat environment and meet ticket times.
• Knowledge of meat temperatures and proper food safety practices.
• Willing to obtain Food Handler's Certification if not currently held.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage grill station during service, including searing and grilling meats and veggies.
• Prepare and cook orders accurately to meet ticket times.
• Maintain proper temperatures, times, and portion control.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and proper handling of raw proteins.
• Set up and clean grill station; assist with other stations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Assist with prep work including seasoning and portioning.
