Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen in Wellington, FL seeks a Team Member to work Roasting Ovens and Grill. This part-time role focuses on meal preparation and close collaboration with Leadership to maintain quality on every plate.

You will review menus, follow established recipes, ensure food safety and sanitation, and help with purchasing and inventory. A Food Service Sanitation Certificate and 1 year of prep experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience.
• Graduate of a culinary institute or formal on‑the‑job training preferred.
• Follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Meal planning in conjunction with Leadership.
• Review menus prior to preparation of food.
• Assure that all food procedures are followed.
• Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary.
• Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply.
• Follow all sanitation guidelines.
• Become familiar with new menu items/dishes.
