Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen in Pembroke Pines, FL seeks a full-time Grill/Oven Chef to prepare lunch and/or dinners, manage roasting ovens and grills, and ensure menus are executed accurately. The role emphasizes food safety, sanitation, and adherence to recipes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of kitchen experience, familiarity with quantity food prep, and a solid understanding of nutrition and safety standards. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a culinary institute or formal on-the-job training.
• Minimum 1 year of food preparation experience.
• Experience with quantity food preparation.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow menus/recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Food Service Sanitation Certificate due within 30 days after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Review menus prior to preparation of food
