Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. seeks an Assistant Grill Manager at Lakes Grill. This full-time role supports the Grill Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, and ensuring quality service in a fast-paced setting.

The position requires prior food service and supervisory experience, with flexibility in scheduling (Friday - Tuesday). Pay ranges from $16.50 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience, with benefits including golf and bowling perks.

Qualifications

• Three years of Food Service experience, with one year of supervisory experience OR
• An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/ or training, which demonstrates the ability to effectively perform the duties of the position
• Possession of a Maricopa County Food Handler Managers Card

Responsabilités

• Assist Grill Manager with supervising the Grill and staff.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing resources for effective service.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages as a Grill Attendant/Cook.
• Conduct daily inspections for cleanliness, safety and health compliance.
• Manage inventories and related paperwork for food, beverage and supplies.
• Review timecards in the Manager's absence.
• Assist with purchasing for food, supplies when Grill Manager is away.
• Monitor food production timeliness, quality and costs.
• Report accidents/incidents to the Grill Manager and F&B Manager.
