Job summary

Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Grill Manager for the South Grill on a part-time basis in Sun City, AZ. The role includes supervision of the grill team, scheduling staff, and ensuring quality service to customers.

Pay rate ranges from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour DOE. The roster includes specific mid- and opening-shift hours; candidates should be able to manage costs and safety compliance while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Three years of Food Service experience with supervisory experience required or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Maricopa County Food Handler Managers Card required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Grill operations and monthly financial performance.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and allocate resources for effective service.
• Ensure quality service to all customers and train staff.
• Review timecards and assist with product purchasing in manager's absence.
• Monitor food production, quality and costs; report incidents as needed.
