Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, marinate, season, cook and rotate chicken and other proteins according to standards.
• Receive orders and arrange proteins for proper presentation.
• Monitor holding time and ensure product quality.
• Maintain proper serving temperatures of cooked proteins.
• Inspect raw proteins for quality before marinating or grilling.
• Clean and sanitize the entire work area and equipment.
