Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
• Able to handle food safely and adhere to standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, marinate, season, cook, stock and rotate chicken and other grilled proteins.
• Receive orders, cut cooked chicken, and present food attractively.
• Monitor holding time and ensure proper serving temperatures.
• Inspect proteins for quality before marinating or grilling.
• Clean and sanitize all work areas and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.
