You will marinate, cook, stock, and rotate items while ensuring food safety and proper presentation. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to maintain cleanliness and food-handling protocols.

Qualifications

• Food handler certification required or pending upon hire.
• Experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, marinate, season, cook, stock and rotate chicken and other grilled proteins according to company standards.
• Receive orders, cut cooked chicken, and present proteins for serving or packaging.
• Monitor holding times for grilled proteins and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain proper serving temperatures for all cooked proteins.
• Inspect raw proteins for quality before marinating or grilling.
• Clean and sanitize the work area and equipment daily.
