Job summary

AVI Foodsystems in the United States is seeking an energetic Grill Cook (Part-time) to join our kitchen team. The role runs Monday through Friday from 5am to 1pm, delivering hot, well-prepared meals with a focus on quality and speed.

Duties include grilling, frying, sautéing, preparing ingredients, maintaining proper grill temperatures, and keeping equipment clean. Experience is preferred and a strong work ethic is valued in our family-oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Deep fry, grill, and sauté meats, fish, vegetables and other foods.
• Observe and test foods being cooked by tasting, smelling and piercing.
• Perform food preparation work for cooking, including seasoning.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe.
• Maintain proper grill cooking temperatures.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and professional in appearance at all times.
• Manage food inventory
• Maintain a safe work environment
